Little, who works out of Merrill’s Bellevue office at 10400 NE Fourth St., leads a team of 150 financial advisers and approximately 300 total employees across six Western Washington offices, including downtown Seattle, Bellevue, Bainbridge Island, Tacoma, Everett, and Bellingham.
He oversees $44 billion in assets under management for Merrill clients across the region, according to a Merrill announcement.

Most recently, he served as market executive for the Oregon-Denali and Northwest community markets since 2021.
Born and raised in Spokane, he graduated from Eastern Washington University with degrees in finance and marketing. Little also is a marathon runner who’s completed two Chicago Marathons and the Boston Marathon. He lives in Bellevue with his wife and sons, is active in volunteerism, and continues to serve on the Portland Art Museum board of trustees. He was recognized by the Portland Business Journal as a 40 Under 40 honoree in 2025.
