Data shows New Hampshire’s housing market set a new record with more than $1 billion in residential real estate sales in June. The New Hampshire Association of Realtors said that was the first time the state has surpassed the billion-dollar mark in a single month. There were nearly 1,500 closed sales, the most in any month since 2022. The median sales price for a single-family home in New Hampshire increased to $575,000. The New Hampshire Association of Realtors said buyers had more choices than a year ago, but inventory still remains well below historical norms.
