Stuart Glick joined Bracewell LLP as a partner in its real estate special situations practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Glick represents CMBS lenders, commercial banks, investment funds and other lenders and financial institutions in asset recovery matters and restructurings, and defends them against contract and business tort claims. His practice spans CMBS and conduit lending, foreclosures, loan modifications, workouts and bankruptcy proceedings, the firm said.
He joins from Holland & Knight.
