The Hawaiʻi State Teachers Association is seeking an experienced and collaborative director of finance and accounting to serve in a key role within our organization.
HSTA’s director of finance and accounting supports HSTA’s mission by providing the financial expertise and operational leadership necessary to support governance leaders, effective union operations, and responsible stewardship of member resources.
We are seeking a financial professional who brings strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach to working with HSTA’s governance leadership, management, and staff.
Annual salary range: $155,000–$165,000, plus a comprehensive employer-paid benefits package.
HSTA anticipates beginning interviews in December 2026, with an anticipated employment start date in March 2027.
