North Dakota farm real estate values continued to climb this year, with pastures posting the largest increase.
The U.S. Department of Agriculture estimates farm real estate averaged just under $2,500 per acre in 2026. That is up $90, or 3.8 percent, from last year. The measurements include agricultural land and buildings.
Crop land values rose 3.3% to $2,800 an acre. Pasture values climbed 5.3% to $1,200.
