Kristin Rice-Gonzalez joined Seyfarth Shaw as a partner in its corporate department in Chicago, the firm announced Wednesday.
Rice-Gonzalez focuses her practice on real estate and real estate-related private funds, advising sponsors, managers, and institutional investors. She counsels clients on alternative investment fund matters, including the formation of domestic and international private investment funds, with particular emphasis on real estate private equity funds, the firm said.
She joins from Mayer Brown.
