“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Sutton Stracke is preparing to leave behind a piece of reality TV history in the form of her iconic Bel-Air mansion—which she has brought to the market for $8.99 million, just seven months after it was targeted in a high-profile burglary.
The 54-year-old TV personality’s Georgian-style residence will be immediately familiar to fans of the Bravo series, having served as the backdrop for several scenes on the “Real Housewives” franchise over the past six years.
Stracke purchased the property in 2020—the same year that she joined the “RHOBH” cast—for $5.35 million and the residence quickly became a regular on the show alongside her.
In November 2025, the home hit headlines for a different reason, however, after it was broken into while the socialite was in Las Vegas for BravoCon, with thieves reportedly taking several of her personal items, including jewelry and handbags.
Now, just months after that incident took place, Stracke has made the decision to walk away from the home altogether.
The gated property spans more than an acre in one of Los Angeles’ most coveted neighborhoods and offers a blend of timeless elegance and luxe amenities.
Tucked behind hedges and gates, the property welcomes guests with a motor court that leads to the lavish home, which sits on “more than an acre of impeccably landscaped grounds.”
“Hidden behind mature hedges and gates, the property offers a rare combination of scale, elegance, and resort-style living in Los Angeles’ most sought-after neighborhoods,” the listing states.
Inside, the 4,723-square-foot home boasts four bedrooms and six bathrooms.
The property comes complete with wood-beamed ceilings, custom millwork, hardwood floors, and light-filled living spaces designed for both everyday living and entertaining.
The chef’s kitchen serves as the heart of the home, and comes complete with a large marble island , offering ample prep and gathering space.
It also boasts white cabinetry, state-of-the-art appliances, and a breakfast area.
Elsewhere, elegant formal living and dining spaces showcase the home’s classic architecture, offering the kind of sophisticated backdrop that has become synonymous with Stracke’s refined style.
