Just months after the death of fashion icon Giorgio Armani, his New York City pied-à-terre is hitting the market with a $9.95 million price tag, The Post has learned.

The custom-designed apartment, located at 760 Madison Ave. inside the Giorgio Armani Residences, was conceived as the designer’s private Manhattan retreat — but he passed away before ever getting to step foot in it. That means this newly listed residence comes in mint condition.

The home is being marketed by Madeline Hult Elghanayan and Sabrina Saltiel of Douglas Elliman.

“This offering is a rare chance to own Giorgio Armani’s personal pied-à-terre,” Elghanayan said. “This residence is brand new, completely unique and features bespoke finishes that you won’t find in any other home within the building.”

In the months leading up to his death, Armani was notably absent from his June 2025 runway show during Milan fashion week — marking the first time he did not attend one of his shows. On Sept. 4, 2025, Armani passed away at the age of 91.

Spanning about 2,005 square feet, the two-bedroom, 2.5-bath residence is one of just two two-bedroom units in the building and reflects Armani’s famously pared-back, elegant aesthetic.

A semi-private elevator opens into a limestone-clad entry gallery, leading to a Madison Avenue-facing living room with oversized windows, 10-foot ceilings and custom parquet flooring.

The corner eat-in kitchen was custom built in Italy by Molteni specifically for Armani — and features rift-sawn white oak cabinetry, honed stone surfaces and fully integrated Gaggenau appliances.

Spa-like bathrooms are wrapped in Brazilian quartzite and Azul Macaubas marble, with radiant heated floors, a soaking tub and sleek platinum-finish fixtures throughout.

Additional touches include a sculptural powder room with onyx accents and custom Armani Casa lighting, a dedicated laundry room, and integrated home automation and climate systems.

“It was conceptualized by Mr. Armani himself,” Saltiel said.
