I mentioned that Anthropic is uh two lead underwriters are are Morgan Stanley uh and Goldman Sachs.

And it’s going to be very important to get uh strong institutional report for this Anthropic IPO. You have a lot of early investors that are sitting on very big gains.
00:14 Speaker A
For this to work out very well for the likes of Anthropic, you have to have that strong institutional support.
00:20 Speaker A
Uh get that institutional support from investors that want to stay longer than three months, six months. They want to, they see a vision for Anthropic looking longer term.
00:30 Speaker A
But equally important I think is for the retail investor to show its support for our likes of Anthropic like they did for Elon Musk.
00:36 Speaker A
Does Dario Ode uh and his sister Daniela get the support, the type of support from the retail community that Elon Musk got when SpaceX became public.
00:44 Speaker A
It’s going to be a key ingredient for this Anthropic IPO. And I left this one in here because you can see that retail trading activity has fallen off a cliff this year.
00:54 Speaker A
Uh it has not been good at all. You can see it right there. Goldman Sachs pointing this out. Goldman Sachs making the point that retail trading has come under a lot of pressure in part.
1:02 Speaker A
People are out there uh betting in prediction markets, they’re investing in certain types of leveraged ETFs and they’re rotating out of just trading stocks.
1:12 Speaker A
And you can see that pressure or that share of retail trading really go down. And you can see it, I’ve come over here to the Alpha space chart. Um, you can see a lot of pressure in a lot of those stocks that are tied to retail stock trading, like a Charles Schwab, like a Coinbase and a Robin Hood.

So again, uh, we have the Anthropic uh IPO and it’s important that they do get that that support um from all things retail investor.
