BROWNSVILLE, Texas – Ricardo Rubiano, founder and principal at RubiGroup Capital, was a panelist at RGV StartUp Week.

The land developer and co-founder of Open EB5 spoke on a panel that focused on the state of real estate in Cameron County. The panel was sponsored by OrigoWorks.

The discussion took place at the eBridge Center for Business & Commercialization in downtown Brownsville. 

After the panel discussion had concluded, Rubiano gave the Rio Grande Guardian International News Service an exclusive and in-depth interview. 

During the interview, Rubiano encouraged by the remarks of the keynote speaker at StartUp Week, Mexican President Vicente Fox. 

He also spoke about Open EB5, RioPlex, SpaceX, and the economic pulse of the region.
