() has appointed Bellevue Asset Management (UK) Ltd as its Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM).
The company said in its new role Bellevue UK will carry out portfolio management services while risk management services will be delegated to Bellevue AG, to which Bellevue UK previously acted as investment advisor.

BB added that the termination of its AIFM agreement with its previous fund manager, Mirabella Fund Services, had resulted in “a small cost saving”.
The firm added that its investment strategy was unchanged.
BB Healthcare shares were 1.8% lower at 120.9p in mid-morning trading.
