Momentum continues as strategic advisor additions and Legacy Channel expansion strengthen national footprint

STAMFORD, Conn., Oct. 8, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — Steward Partners, an employee-owned independent financial services firm specializing in comprehensive wealth management solutions, continued its strong momentum in the third quarter of 2025 by welcoming multiple new advisors and teams across its Legacy and traditional channels.

Steward aggressively expanded into its Legacy Channel in the third quarter with the addition of Longbridge Wealth, Laurence Rothstein, Lancaster Wealth Management, and Bullis Wealth Strategies. These new additions highlight the appeal of Steward’s Legacy model as a solution for succession planning, business continuity, and M&A opportunities.

The firm also added Mike Wood, who will be working out of the Steward’s Norfolk, VA branch – in the Southeast division, and Casper Terpinski, who will join the Dallas, TX-based Park Cities Group in the Central division. Both advisors bring extensive experience and will enhance Steward’s ability to serve clients in two key markets.

“These third-quarter additions are another reflection of the momentum we’re seeing across the wealth management landscape,” said Jeff Gonyo, Head of Wealth Management. “Advisors today want more than just a platform—they want a partner that helps them scale, grow, and deliver exceptional value to their clients. Steward Partners’ model gives advisors the ability to align their practice with the structure that best supports their long-term vision, while still benefiting from the resources, culture, and infrastructure of a national firm.”

“The Legacy Channel continues to set Steward Partners apart, particularly for advisors thinking about succession planning or exploring M&A opportunities,” said Scott Danner, EVP, Head of Legacy. “Whether it’s firms looking to secure their future through a thoughtful transition plan or those ready to grow by combining forces with a like-minded partner, Legacy provides the flexibility and guidance they need. The caliber of advisors and firms that joined us in Q3 underscores how we’re addressing real-world challenges and opportunities in our industry.”

Steward Partners’ Legacy Channel is designed to support established advisory teams seeking a long-term succession and continuity solution without sacrificing their brand or client relationships. The Legacy Division provides a flexible framework that allows advisors to maintain their identity while leveraging the scale, resources, and operational support of a national firm. It’s an ideal path for advisors planning for retirement, team transitions, or strategic growth.

Since its launch in 2013, Steward Partners has solidified its place as one of the industry’s fastest-growing and most influential RIA firms. The firm was recently recognized with a #9 ranking on the 2025 Barron’s Top 100 RIA Firms list, up…
