Hilco Real Estate Sales announced Sept. 17 as the qualified bid deadline for a fully entitled, eight-acre development site at 36-48 Robinwood Rd. in Wareham, MA. Located directly on Buzzards Bay, it’s approved for a by-right subdivision.
Along with approved layout plans for seven luxury houses, the sale includes designs for a deep-water dock, offering access to boating, fishing and open-water recreation. The development is shovel-ready with utilities already in place. Although the current onsite residence operates as a short-term rental, the best use for the property may be redevelopment.
