A house in Springport that sold for $335,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Cayuga County in the past week.

In total, seven residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past week, with an average price of $206,786, or $129 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of July 26 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

A 1,215-square-foot detached house at 6203 Bluefield Road in Aurelius has been sold. The price was $75,000, $62 per square foot. The house was built in 1988. The house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The deal was finalized on July 9.
