A rural residence in Eaton that sold for $518,500 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Madison County during the past week.

In the past week, a total of 11 residential real estate sales were registered in the county, with an average price of $258,918, or $166 per square foot.

The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded during the week of Jan. 19 even if the property sold earlier.

10. $94K, two-bedroom home at 301 Falls Blvd.

A 1,040-square-foot single-family residence at 301 Falls Blvd. in Sullivan has been sold. The total purchase price was $94,000, $90 per square foot. The house was built in 1850. The house features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The deal was closed on Dec. 12, 2025.

9. $174K, single-family home at 303 Tuttle Ave.
