Amazon’s new Greater Cincinnati facility acquired in $61M real estate deal

CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – A second building is in new hands at the same Warren County industrial park where Walmart recently closed its own mammoth real estate deal.

St. Louis-based ElmTree Funds in late January purchased Building 3 in the C5 Encore Logistics Center, paying $61.1 million.

The 588,525-square-foot building sits on 36.4 acres on Encore Drive in Turtlecreek Township.
