Development in the Columbus region remains strong, from the retail and industrial sectors to multifamily residential communities.
This installment of the CEO Leaderboard highlights the top Central Ohio commercial real estate developers, ranked by Columbus region project costs in 2024.
Participating companies had total local project volume ranging from $1.5 million to two companies reporting more than $100 million. Donald R. Kenney & Cos. topped the list at $230 million. The 75-employee company is owned by Fran Meyers and its CEO is Tre’ Giller.
