A house in Cortland that sold for $215,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Cortland County between Nov. 29 and Dec. 7.
The county saw a total of five residential real estate sales during the past two weeks, averaging $149,100. The average price per square foot was $81.
The prices in the list below include real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of November 29 to the week of Dec. 7 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
5. $73K, single-family residence at 120 Route 200
A sale has been finalized for the single-family home at 120 Route 200 in Harford. The price was $73,000. It was built in 1986. The house features 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The deal was finalized on Oct. 30.
