HOUSTON – MAG Capital Partners has acquired a Houston facility to serve as the U.S. headquarters for Nessco Group Holdings Ltd., which custom designs telecommunications and security solutions for the global energy industry. The property at 1187-1189 Brittmoore Road totals 37,000 SF across two buildings. Thompson Green with CBRE represented the seller, a private investment group. MAG Capital Partners purchased Nessco in 2024 from global satellite communications firm Viasat.
BROOKSHIRE, Texas – PepsiCo signed a 1,051,549-SF lease at 31270 Kingsland Blvd. in Brookshire. The I-10 West Trade Center is a development of Hunt Southwest.
KATY, Texas – Echo Health/White Label Pharmacy leased 16,200 SF at 21203 Clay Road. Abraham Richardson, Boone Smith, and Garret Geaccone with Stream Realty Partners represented the landlord, Harbor Capital.
PASADENA, Texas – TakeOff Adventure Park Pasadena leased 60,000 SF in Fairmont Parkway Shopping Center, 5950 Fairmont Parkway, Pasadena, from WMC Fund LLC. David Meyers and Alyx Penland of NewQuest represented the landlord. Cesar Miranda of KW Commercial Signature Realty represented the tenant.
HOUSTON – Transwestern Real Estate Services announced new retail leases at The Shops at Arrive River Oaks, a mixed-use development at 2800 Kirby Dr. Australian-based Cullen Jewelry, a brand specializing in lab-grown diamond engagement rings, leased 2,716 SF for its first U.S. showroom. Kale Functional Medicine leased 3,262 SF. Bussia, a new restaurant from the owners of Pane e Vino in Katy, leased 3,590 SF. Jhakees Napolitano of PrinGroup Commercial represented Bussia. Transwestern’s Crystal Allen, Paula Musa and Evelyn Ward represented the landlord, FPA Multifamily and Trinity Property Consultants. Other recently added tenants include Rosa Clará, a lbridal brand from Spain, and TOGA, a yakitori restaurant from the KIRA group.
