Cortland County real estate: eight most expensive homes sold, Aug. 24-Sept.

A house in Preble that sold for $350,000 tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Cortland County between Aug. 24 and Sep. 6.

In total, eight residential real estate sales were recorded in the county during the past two weeks, with an average price of $212,875, or $141 per square foot.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of August 24 to the week of Sep. 6 even if the property may have been sold earlier.
