Editor’s note: Technology is a driving force in real estate. From startups to established players, tech companies are constantly innovating, growing and forging partnerships. Here we highlight some of the latest news about the companies that help power the industry.
RealReports reaches partnership milestone
RealReports has secured a new partnership with New Mexico MLS (NMMLS). The announcement comes a couple of weeks after California Regional MLS expanded its partnership with the AI-driven property intelligence platform and just days after the company said it has raised $1 million from its MLS partners.
Through this deal, NMMLS members will gain access to Aiden, RealReports’ AI property advisor. The tool “gives agents the ability to access deep, actionable property intelligence instantly” and is “a true game-changer that will enhance our members’ professionalism, confidence, and value to their clients while also generating new business opportunities and leads,” NMMLS Executive Director Megan McFarlane said in a news release.
While RealReports said last week that it has already closed over 50 deals in 2025 alone, its partnership with NMMLS is the 50th that it has publicly announced — marking “a defining moment in RealReports’ ascension,” the release noted.
“Reaching fifty partnerships in a single year is more than a milestone — it’s a movement,” RealReports Co-founder and COO Zach Gorman said. “MLSs and brokerages are waking up to the fact that modern AI tools like RealReports aren’t just nice-to-have — they’re necessary to compete.”
BeachesMLS offers AI visualization tool
BeachesMLS has announced a new partnership with Roomvo that CEO Dionna Hall said will help agents “elevate their business and the experience they deliver to consumers everyday.” Through its deal, BeachesMLS is providing members with Roomvo’s AI visualization platform, a tool that allows users to redesign a space virtually using photos they already have of a home. The process takes just seconds, according to a news release.
Roomvo’s platform enables agents to virtually swap in new flooring or paint colors to help potential buyers imagine how they can transform an existing space. The tool is now available to BeachesMLS’s Matrix subscribers via the OneHome portal.
“When buyers can visualize a space transformed in real time, it builds an emotional connection that leads to more confident decisions and stronger interest,” Roomvo Founder and CEO Pawel Rajszel said.
The partnership “is another example of our ongoing commitment to delivering innovative, high-value solutions that keep our members ahead in an evolving market,” Hall added.
