DALLAS, Aug. 6, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — M Financial Group, in close collaboration with John Hancock, today announced the launch of Majestic Variable Universal Life 25 (Majestic VUL 25) — a differentiated proprietary life insurance solution designed in-house with strategic direction from the M Financial community of Member Firms.

The addition of Majestic VUL 25 to M Financial’s suite of proprietary products revitalizes our long and impressive record of building truly differentiated products with John Hancock as our carrier partner. Majestic VUL 25 is client-focused and presents a single, flexible solution to take advantage of long-term growth potential, supplement future income, protect assets with optional riders, and leave a tax-free legacy. Key features of this new life insurance solution include:

Standout Adaptability — A dynamic, cost-effective solution that delivers high-performing tax-free death benefit protection and exceptional tax-advantaged cash value accumulation, empowering clients to access funds to support their long-term financial goals.

Investment Flexibility — Premiums can be allocated across an array of investment options, including the M Financial-exclusive Bain Capital Equity Opportunities Fund, five indexed accounts that provide downside protection, and a fixed account for cash value growth potential without direct market exposure.

Cash Value Enhancement (CVE) Rider — Designed to boost early cash value potential at all funding levels by offsetting policy surrender charges with a benefit component.

John Hancock Vitality — Includes access to the John Hancock Vitality Program, which rewards members with discounts and incentives for the everyday things they do to live a longer, healthier, and better life. A dedicated service team ensures a seamless enrollment and engagement experience.

Living Benefits — Offers a comprehensive suite of optional riders, including long-term care, disability, and chronic illness protection, providing clients with added peace of mind in the face of life uncertainties.

Robust Offerings — Guaranteed bonus asset credit applied to enhance investment accounts, a 7- to 15-year no-lapse guarantee to protect against early market volatility, simplified policy reporting, and access to M Financial-exclusive white-glove advanced underwriting servicing.

“Majestic VUL 25 continues M Financial’s long tradition of working closely with our Partner Carriers to develop proprietary products tailored to meet our clients’ diverse and evolving needs,” said Russell Bundschuh, President & CEO of M Financial. “This is a new and highly competitive product that gives clients the flexibility they need to effectively plan for the future.
