The Courtyard by Marriott Tucson Airport Hotel at 2505 E Executive Drive in Tucson sold at auction for $14.2 million ($95,268 per room). The 149-room hotel was marketed with 75% room occupancy when it sold.
Marcus & Millichap’s Ebrahim Valliani and Michael Klar represented the seller, Skyline Investments of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. RI Marketplace also participated in the offering.
The hotel has direct access to I-10 and is less than a mile from Tucson International Airport.
Built in 1988 and recently renovated in 2021, the hotel is poised to attract both business and leisure travelers seeking a premium experience at an affordable price. The three-story hotel has 149 rooms, including 12 suites with private balconies or patios, 24-hour fitness facilities, dry cleaning/laundry service, elevator, bar, deli, pool/spa, and meeting rooms.
The hotel was sold fee-simple, unencumbered by existing debt.
