Hobbs Brook Announces 101,000-Square-Foot Lease at Life Sciences and Office

Waltham, MA– Hobbs Brook Real Estate (HBRE), a Massachusetts based developer, owner, and operator of premier office and life science space throughout the United States, announced that ZoomInfo (NASDAQ: ZI) has signed a new lease totaling approximately 101,000 square feet at 404 Wyman Street, part of a 13-building life sciences and office campus in Waltham, MA, just 12 miles from Boston.

ZoomInfo, a leading B2B data ​and AI-powered sales ​platform is part of a confluence of groundbreaking firms located at the Waltham campus, including global vaccine leader Seqirus​;​​     ​ and ServiceNow, a cloud computing platform specializing in digital workflow management.

404 Wyman is a 384,841 square-foot LEED Gold Certified office building on Hobbs Brook Real Estate’s flagship campus and corporate headquarters. The expansive campus is situated just 12 miles from Boston and features 13 office buildings spanning over 2.2 million square feet. Designed with a focus on community and connectivity, the campus provides immediate access to Route 128 and I-95, along with surface and garage parking, EV charging stations, express shuttles to public transportation, and ample bike storage. Additional property amenities include multiple on-site cafés, extensive outdoor common areas, state-of-the-art fitness centers, and tenant engagement programming including a campus app and year-round events.

CBRE represented the landlord (Hobbs Brook Real Estate). The tenant (ZoomInfo) was represented on the lease transaction by Newmark.
