Young & Co.’s Brewery PLC suspends dividend payments

The pubs group intends to resume dividend payments “as soon as is practicable”.

Young & Co.’s Brewery PLC () has confirmed it will not be paying an interim dividend for the current fiscal year.

The company intends to resume dividend payments “as soon as is practicable”.

The pubs group issued an update on its financial situation in which it said all of its lending banks have now replaced the financial covenant tests for the year to the end of March.

The company has entered into its new £50mln syndicated term loan facility with NatWest and and a new £20mln bilateral revolving credit facility with NatWest.
